Slobodanka Mišković has a sociology degree from Zagreb. She has been working in culture since 1993. In 2003, she began working in Department of Culture, City of Rijeka as a senior expert for library, publishing and film activities, she was a head of three Cultural Councils, and from 2009 to 2014, she managed its Film Office. Since 2008, she has engaged in Art-kino initiative, coordinating its establishment and continuously managing its operation. From 2014, she acts as the director of Art-kino. In 2014, she engaged in foundation of Croatian Independent Cinema Network and was a member of a Steering Committee till 2018. She has engaged in Rijeka 2020 – ECOC project from the start. In October 2018, she was named Creative Ambassador of the Month by CED – MEDIA and Culture Offices Croatia.
